Rendezvous Retreats requires a non-refundable $50 deposit at registration. The balance is due 30 days prior to the booked weekend and will be charged automatically to the credit card on file unless you have made arrangements to send a check for the balance due prior to the 30 day mark. If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the event, a $100 fee must be charged due to the unlikely event at that late date of filing the vacancy. You may send a friend to replace you, or you may transfer your weekend to another available date one time - to avoid this fee. Thanks!
